1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bm880 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all its services. By creating an account on bm880 or accessing the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the bm880 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be a legally capable individual with the right to enter into these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently closed.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify bm880 immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bm880 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods are:

• bKash — the most widely used mobile wallet in Bangladesh.
• Nagad — the digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours.

bm880 ensures that all financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. We reserve the right to immediately suspend transactions if fraudulent activity is detected.

5 Welcome Bonus & Promotional Offers

New members at bm880 receive an attractive welcome bonus: a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000.

For example:

• ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• ৳28,000 deposited → ৳20,000 bonus (limit) → total balance ৳48,000

Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (25x). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Additional terms related to bonuses:

• Each promotional offer can be claimed only once.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period after claiming the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• bm880 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the account may be closed.

6 VIP Program & Cashback

bm880's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the player's activity and engagement with the platform. bm880 reserves the right to change cashback benefits.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game sessions on bm880 are governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• bm880's system will be considered final in determining results.
• bm880 will not be held responsible for any technical errors or connection interruptions.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software error or bug will be considered void.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bm880 platform:

• Account hacking, phishing, or any form of cybercrime.
• Gaining unfair advantage through bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Abuse or manipulation of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Gaining an advantage through multiple accounts.
• Collusion or fraudulent behavior against other users.

Violating these prohibitions will result in the account being immediately and permanently closed, and all balances may be forfeited.
